y cant i post a picture on my moms laptop?

I just thought it was because i wasnt doing it right.But then I found out how 2 do it at school and i wanted 2 know what was going on but then i read on another website that other people are having this problem and that im not the only 1. Now im happy because i dont feel like the outcast any more so like if anybody know why this isnt working then please tell me something so like that i can see if what you say will work.
